About Aleksandar -
He was born in the Black Forest and has been living in Baden for 10 years now. He can't imagine ever leaving this beautiful area, especially since he's throwing himself into his new project full of energy and passion: Aleksandar Dunovic, 40 years old, workaholic, highly motivated.
After a lot of experience in the past, as a freelancer and also as an employee, after various further education and training courses, Dunovic now bundles his knowledge, his experience and his skills in one word: RESBAU.
THE TEAM
RESBAU GmbH currently employs around 20 people. Strong upward trend, because the demand for the services of RESBAU GmbH is high. "We plan to double the number of our employees from the current 20 to 40 in 2022" and even quadruple them with our subcontractors, says Dunovic.
Dunovic applies the highest standards when selecting its employees in order to always be able to 100% meet the high quality standards and customer expectations of RESBAU GmbH. That is why a lot is invested in further and advanced training for RESBAU employees.
Thanks to his multilingualism and his roots, Aleksandar Dunovic always finds enough and above all technically experienced employees to manage the diverse projects of RESBAU GmbH. In Baden and throughout Germany
RESBAU GmbH works mainly and preferably regionally in the Baden area, but is also active throughout Germany. Aleksandar Dunovic emphasizes: "Our entrepreneurial roots are in Baden, we feel at home here. That's why we mostly work here and invest here in this area to strengthen this beautiful business location "s'Badner Ländle".
New:
In February 2022 we activated the certification according to DIN ISO 9001 for metal and pipeline construction, which should be completed by April 2022. Employees are trained separately for the development of our company.
